DJIMMA

Djimmah coffee beans are grown in the Oromia Region at highlands that range from 1,300 to 1,800 meters above sea level .The washed coffee is known to have been a low acid type Ethiopian coffee, while the unwashed has been known to have more of a sour taste.

LIMMU

Limmu coffee beans are grown in the province of Kaffa at highlands that range from 1050 to 1900 meters above sea level. The washed coffee is known to have been a low acid Ethiopian coffee, which is why it is enjoyed more in the Ethiopian community.

SIDAMO

Sidamo coffee beans are grown in the Province of Sidamo in the Ethiopian highlands at altitudes that range from 1,500 up to 2,200 meters above sea level. These altitudes create the best Ethiopian coffees grow more slowly and therefore have more time to absorb nutrients and develop more robust flavors based on the local climate and soil conditions.

YIRGACHEFFE



Yirgacheffe coffee is washed coffee grown at an altitude that ranges from 1,700 to 2,200 meters above sea level and is considered the best high grown coffee in southern Ethiopia, an exotic coffee region known for fine coffees. The coffee growing is slow due to the altitude, allowing additional time for the tree to deliver nutrients to the coffee and develop the best flavors.
